The Apartment "Gartenblick (Garden View)" is the largest apartment in the house, which has its own access. This is at ground level, what the apartment especially makes attractive for older people. The apartment garden view is 63 square meters and suitable for 2-3 persons, it has a large terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances, an extra living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower. "Garden view" is thus a fully fledged apartment, which is well suited for a longer vacation.

The highlight of the apartment is the direct access to the terrace which is located in the garden and is ideal for sunbathing. Garden view invites you to relax and feel good as it is designed towards the garden and thus ensures peace and relaxation. But the bedroom is lovingly designed and leaves nothing to be desired. The large kitchen which is fully equipped and has a large dining table from where you have a direct view of the garden, makes the apartment a feel-good Oasis.
